The report is approachable and includes a specific road map of how to proceed.

We meet to:

We meet a number of times to complete the testing.
The length of the appointments is designed to maximize performance and minimize fatigue.
I use current and up-to-date methods.

We arrange a feedback meeting to review results and provide an action plan.

The meeting occurs soon after testing - within 1-2 weeks.

You receive a written report - in most cases immediately after the meeting.

The report is written in accessible language that is client-centered.

This includes necessary professional referrals for follow-up services.

Also included is a second, complementary, 30-minute follow-up call 3-4 weeks after you receive the report to continue to support you.

The initial meeting is billed at an hourly rate for time used.

The testing is a flat fee based on number of hours needed and includes testing, scoring, feedback meeting, and written report.

I am out-of-network with insurance companies. Upon request, I can work with you to provide a superbill with all required codes for insurance.
